Welcome to From Shy to Confident: The Introvert’s Playbook to Talking with Girls (the “Course”), owned and operated by KaalSec Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Course, including all associated content, videos, documents, and resources (collectively, the “Course Content”). By enrolling in or accessing the Course, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Course.
1. Course Access and Enrollment
A. Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to purchase and access the Course.
B. Single User License: Your purchase of the Course grants you a single, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view the Course Content for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not share your login credentials, access links, or any part of the Course Content with any other person.
C. Availability: We will use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure the Course is accessible. However, we do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or secure access to the Course Content due to technical issues, maintenance, or other factors outside our control.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
A. Ownership: All Course Content, including all text, graphics, videos, modules, downloadable guides, message packs, and the overall structure of the course, is the exclusive property of KaalSec Inc. and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
B. Restrictions: You are strictly prohibited from:
Recording, downloading, copying, modifying, reproducing, distributing, selling, or publicly displaying any portion of the Course Content.
Sharing access credentials with any other party.
Using the Course Content for any commercial purpose, including creating your own similar course or selling the material.
Reverse engineering or attempting to extract the source code of any technology or platform used to deliver the Course.
3. User Conduct and Responsibilities
You agree to use the Course and its support channels (including Telegram) responsibly and lawfully. You must not:
Harass, abuse, or threaten other students or instructors.
Post or transmit any material that is discriminatory, unlawful, or harmful.
Use the strategies taught in the Course for any manipulative, unethical, or illegal purpose. The course promotes authentic and respectful communication, and any misuse of the content is strictly forbidden and may result in immediate termination of access without refund.
4. Payment, Refund, and Pricing
A. Pricing: The price for the Course is ₹299 (or the currently listed price). This limited-time offer may be withdrawn at any moment without prior notice.
B. Payment Processing: All payments are handled by third-party payment processors. We do not store sensitive payment information.
C. Refund Policy: Refunds are subject to the terms outlined in our separate Refund Policy document. By purchasing the Course, you acknowledge and agree to that policy, including the strict 7-day limitation for refund eligibility.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Course Content is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. KaalSec Inc. makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Course or the information, content, or materials included. You expressly agree that your use of the Course is at your sole risk. We do not guarantee specific results or outcomes from the application of the Course Content.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KaalSec Inc. and its directors, employees, or affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Course; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Course; (iii) any unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content; or (iv) the application of any advice contained within the Course Content.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
